These neighbors continue to abuse their ability to leave every single unwanted household item, large or small, at the curb. It's been mattresses and unusable dressers in recent weeks. Now they had a yard sale and decided to pile every unsold item at the curb. I would like to see them ticketed for this repeat behavior.
