I see as per usual the City has done nothing about my tree problem. The Only thing the City is good at is Acknowledging that a complaint was made, not fixing anything !! Mark Ilagan said he would resolve the problem and call me back 3:09 p.m. 10-17-16

The Park Maintenance Superintendent has confirmed the referenced trees are not owned or maintained by the City of Corona and are located on private property. I have owned the property at 1902 E. Elise Circle since it was new. The trees on Sampson have always been taken care of by the city. I wrote the wrong street down. The building is on the corner of Sampson & Delilah. I take care of the trees on Delilah they are Pine trees. The trees on Sampson are ucaliptus trees they are the trees in question causing the problem. Please advise, sorry for the mix up

I was right the first time the trees are on Delilah, they are Eucalyptus trees. the building is on the corner of Elise & Delilah. these are City trees. please advise

Our apologies on the confusion as well as the delay. The trees have been added to the arborist's queue for trimming and will be completed as soon as possible. Thank you for taking the time to investigate the problem. The leaves are plugging up my roof rain drains, I must continually go up on the roof to remove leaves and unplug drains. If you could trim the trees at your earliest conveyance I would appreciate it very much.

Nothing has been done, it has been 2 weeks since you added this job to your list. My oridgnal request was August 27, 2016 . Five months to get the job done is a bit much. See if you can put some speed on it Guys, Not very HAPPY with the City Service Dept. Pretty Much a Joke !

Rick it has been 21 days since we last spoke. You told me the trees on Delilah were going to be trimmed within a 2 week period. To this date 2-22-17 nothing has been done. I tried to phone you, left message, the lady said she would have you call right away. I am still waiting ????????
