A. Hi there. The block of Sussex between Greene and Hudson is clearly signed "no parking", yet plenty of cars are always parked there, usually dominated by out of state plates. It is an every day occurrence. Why isn't this enforced? Or the signs changed so tax paying residents can park there? Thanks. Francis Sacr.
