Description

I have a couple trees that have fallen from the marsh behind my house into my yard. I believe that these are city trees, located just beyond my property line. There also some other trees that have fallen into the marsh. Can the city remove trees? Or because they have fallen into my yard, is my responsibility to remove the fallen trees. I wanted to check before I do anything with the tree removal.
