A. The tenants at 145 Armstrong Ave do not take trash to curb for pick up, and trash piles up on my property. The electronics have been out since May. the sheet focus if not taken care of will soon be a mold problem. There is a lock on the gate and I cannot get into the shared alley space . This is an on going problem
