This is a common recurring problem in the 1500 block of First Street as well as in the unit block of Bates Streets and the 100 and 200 blocks of P Street and the problem becomes particularly egregious when the charter school in the unit block of P Street is open.

Illegal use of Visitor Parking Permits by Maryland residents commuting to work in DC takes up at least six parking spaces in the Unit Block of P Street, 52 weeks a year, Monday through Friday, 8 to 5.
