AGAIN A CITY TRUCK PARKED ON THE SIDEWALK AND GRASS AND A PIPE BUSTED. PLEASE PARK ON THE ROAD AND PUT AN ORANGE CONE BEHIND YOUR VEHICLE. THIS BEEN THE 3RD TIME WE HAD THIS ISSUE IN A FEW MONTH.
