Description

City workers were working on digging out my ditch due to stagnant water. In the process the operator kept hitting my tree limbs with his machine causing it to break 99% all the way thru and shutting everyone's electricity off that's how hard he kept hitting it. Called center point and they restored the power but didn't do anything about the branch they said the city is responsible. It is literally hanging by a hair and the power lines. Talked to the city worker to ask what was his plan on fixing it. And he said and I Quote "nah man I don't know what you talking bout" so I called 311 and a very rude lady answers the phone and told me they weren't responsible. ???? !!!! I don't get it!!!! I have that branch hanging over my gate and at any moment is going to fall and smash my gate my trailer and my truck!! Why do these city workers act like that!!!!????? This happened on 8-23-2016 and no answer yet!!! Please help CITY OF HOUSTON!!!!
