Description

Looks like spray paint on concrete. Same tagger as I've reported further east on BC Parkway on support pillars (one still there). Two faces, one on support structure itself, other on retaining-wall blocks just north/west of support structure. See pics (can only attach one with original report - will attach the other momentarily).
