Description

For the past several weeks, the people in #233 have been putting several bags of trash/garbage out at the curb about 4 pm on Wednesday afternoon.
The crows are tearing the bags open, spreading smelly garbage around the neighboring sidewalks and yards.
Last week I spoke with o e of the staff members( the house is owned and operated by Living Resources) about picking up the trash left there all day and also storing the trash in cans or barrels.
That isn't happening.
Trash is out there again and there will be a disgusting mess by morning.
