Description

Someone has defecated on the play structure in the playground area at Lafayette Square Park (10th and Jefferson, Downtown Oakland). There is a large pile of human waste at the base of the play structure, as well as up the spiral ladder.

This is both disgusting and a public health hazard. It leaves me feeling sad both for the children in the neighborhood, as well as for the person in such difficult straits to do this.

Please clean up this waste and sanitize the area.
