That last comment is considere threat. It will be passed along to my lawyer with all your other posts.

My suggestion in the future would be that people try speaking nicely to their neighbors about an issue that is bothering them PRIOR to using a faceless tool of anonymity to report them to a local government agency. This venue, and my tax-payer dollars, should only be the last resort...if only as a matter of courtesy. My opinion.
