I went by to address this issue, and found that the recycling bin had been removed from the curb. I will check this property next week to make sure that there are no discrepancies with the collection.

I also found this property to be an multi-family property and technically is not part of the single family recycling program.
I will contact the Property Owner or Management Group and get them a copy of our recycling ordinance, so they get a program set up their residents.
