This issue has been reported countless times. The road isn't city maintained so they can't/won't do anything about it. I mentioned it to the manager at Harris Teeter since the landlord or someone is supposed to fix it. That hasn't had any effect either. It is the developer's responsibility. I'll support you if you can find them.

This location is not maintained by the City and will be the responsibility of the property owner to repair. Sorry, we have no authority to make them repair this.
