Insufficient pedestrian protection, contruction debris falling into pedestrian. Yesterday, Monday 8/22/2016 was a windy day, I was crossing the street on Church and Crown St. standing by the scaffolding waiting to cross, then I heard something feel onto the wood boards by the scaffold and all kinds of debris fell on top of my head. I crossed when the traffic light turned red and looked across the street, it does not look like anyone is working on the building, however you can see all the loose bricks on the corner of the building. Be careful or try to even avoid going under the scaffolding if at all possible.
