Description

Traffic light duration is too short during rush hour - 7:20 am to at least 8:15 am - It takes 4 or 5 rounds to go south on US19 from Tampa Road to Curlew Rd. Then traffic backs up, It takes over 10 minutes. Same issue during rush hour 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm going US 19 North
