Description

This is the vacant lot next to Golden Paradise. Not only has it become a place for people to drink publicly, do drugs, defecate and fight; it's also become a dumping ground for trash. Golden Paradise needs to be held accountable by all agencies -- Mayor, ABRA, MPD, DCRA and DPW.
