Next time we bargain with a waste management company for city waste disposal can we ask them to get include a team that picks up items like this from our city streets. This complaint driven system is a hit or miss at best. Many of our citizens do not even "see" much less report all the trash that exists on the streets of our city. It's really quite an embarrassment.
