The law states 30 feet away from stop sign! The cars in this report are well within that zone of 30 feet. I watch them get out of their cars walk over to brennas restaurant. They put on a unform like black jacket or white coats. Walk over to the brennas restaurant. Why dont they park legally. City buses zoom down baddgy getting on spur 527 to 59. I go to work ofg of stuart on to Bagby. Everday i struggle to see this on coming traffic on bagby since the cars park way to close to the end of the streets, or stop sign. Please take a look at this and start enforcement.

It's really bad at Francis and Bagby. Not just Stuart.
