I have notified EMC regarding the outage. It typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the issue to be addressed. Please let me know if it has or has not been resolved after that time frame so that I can either recontact EMC or close this issue.
Since I have not received an update on this light's status, I am going to go ahead and close the issue. If it has not been repaired, please let me know and I will recontact EMC.
