Description

Halfway between 1st and 3rd Avenue N.E. on NE 195th is a red truck that is always parked behind this home. It is either parked on the white shoulder line or a foot or so beyond. Tonight, two cars almost hit each as the east bound car swerved to go around the parked red truck, the west bound car swerved toward the bike/walkway that we were on. The truck is backed up against a fence that could be opened for the truck to move further back off the street.
