Description

The red light for SR255 (northbound, heading into Bridge Street) holds too long. Even early in the morning when there is little traffic on Old Madison the light will hold. Then when Old Madison does turn red the southbound light will cycle thru even though there is no one on going south! This light needs to be reviewed and improved; it is not efficient like the light just down the road from it.
