We collected last week.

I'm really disappointed by this comment. I left my glass bin next to my recycle bin. My recycling was collected, but my glass wasn't. Telling me that you collected last week is a poor response because clearly mine was not collected as I sent in this issue. Next time, I really would prefer no response vs. a smart aleck response, I can get that from my kids.
