Description

This is a restaurant at the corner of Morton and Elizabeth. There are apartments above so it's a combination of household and business garbage..the cans are left out 24/7 and garbage tossed in until over flowing, their garbage company doesn't take the junk on the sidewalk so it's regularly a stinky mess
