Snow park most weekday afternoons. YALF football team has cheerleader practice at same time and using a generator and very loud PA sound system to blast music. APD has been called twice this week alone. I live half way down the block and cant block out the noise with doors and windows closed. I believe city ordinance bars amplified music without a special use permit.
