Description
Corner of Park Blvd and Brooklyn ave, water has been pooling for almost a week now with no discernible source of origin. Maybe a underground pipe leaking? Multiple concerns, water waste, weakening of roadway etc

I re-reported this problem at:
http://seeclickfix.com/issues/2825619
It was immediately acknowledged.
I suspect that there is a bug in the reporting software. Usually, Oakland immediately acknowledges tickets.
But occasionally, tickets fall through the crack.

I copied and pasted the email I received from SeeClickFix support.
Apparently, the contents were blocked because I mentioned the name of the support person, which is listed on the SeeClickFix web site.
It's a little bit strange, but that's the way it is.
The unnamed support person was nice, so I won't complain too much.

Since my previous comments were deleted.
I complained to SCF that the users need to be informed that the report won't get reported to the city.
Clearly, this is a bug.
It meant that the city didn't know about this problem for a week.
