Description

Overgrown bushes and high grass ("over 4ft"). People throwing trash in lot. It's interfering with citizen's phone service because it's touching the line. It's causing static and sometimes it causes service interruption. The citizen is disabled. There's a tree in the neighbor's yard that's hanging over citizen's fence and touching phone wires.
