I have also noticed that the stream has not been draining like normal. I own property on Hillyer and the whole back portion of the property floods out after rain storms and doesn't drain down stream.

Culvert has been inspected and grate been cleaned.

Is there any way the stream could be cleared out of all the over growth that seems to be backing up the flow of water after every rainfall. There's diffantly an issue with flooding of the stream. As I mentioned, the back portion floods out and is now eroding the hillside down stream. Thanks

There's still s problem on record! I placed my concern back in early August because my back yard floods out after rain storms which in turn is eroding the the land around the stream which is washing out my yard.
"Supposedly" this is under review! Or is it!?
