Description

There is an 11" very sharp piece of metal sticking out of the curb directly in front of 59 Elm St. (Faxon Law Group Building). It is sticking out into the street at an angle and when I pulled into an open parking spot it destroyed my tire. This hazard shows signs having been there for an extended period and is very dangerous. Both the Town of New Haven and the maintenance manger of the building Scott (#203-850-9821) said that it is not their responsibility. This hazard is present as we speak.
