A black Chevy Volt had its door window smashed, door left open, contents rummaged through, and left on the ground outside the car. It's currently open and some people passing by pick through the contents, more.

Maybe not an abandoned vehicle, more likely "not the way the owner left their vehicle". It's a common thing to see a broken into car, in that spot.
