Description

Overgrown lot at 3109/3111 1st Avenue needs to be cut. Full of litter and standing water. Breeding ground for tons of mosquitos. This is the third time reported, each time the city marks it complete without doing anything. I guess RVA isn't concerned about preventing the spread of the Zika virus.
