The Broadway landscape beds are currently still the responsibility of the contractor and have not yet been turned over to the city for maintenance. The city is currently seeking adopt-a-spot partners to insure these new landscape spaces can be maintained properly.

Staff have confirmed with supervising RIDOT staff that the landscape contractor is still responsible for the bed maintenance and will be restoring as needed
