This is fairly common I believe with this type of storm drain design. I have had it happen to me also, so I've learned the hard way to leave plenty of clearance when parallel parking next to them. I don't know if we can make a repair short of removing the entire curb and replacing it with a new one. I'll request this item be sent to the State Highway Administration for their evaluation, since Colesvile Road/US29 is a State road. Tom Pogue, MCDOT
