Safety notice, immediate attention requested

Maine Ave eastbound ramp right lane has no yield at junction with SW Fwy left lane, lane traffic just dumps onto 395 without regard for safety and many near collisions occur. There is usually not enough volume even during pm rush on the ramp to necessitate usage of both lanes, the left continues with out interruption. Please reconfigure to merge the right lane into left before the connection to the fwy or at least request move left and add large yield signs and striping.
