Description

Today on my drive home I saw a Hamden Police car parked illegally. Its license plate was number "202 HN." This officer was parked with the two right tires on the sidewalk and the two left tires in the street, causing traffic to back up. They had no emergency signal or hazard lights flashing. I guess he or she couldn't make up their mind about whether to park illegally on the street or illegally on the sidewalk.
