Description

Very large tree limb blocking alley between W. Lenoir St. and W. South St. in block between Cutler St. and Stokes St. It is also hanging on the telephone lines causing a telephone pole to lean over significantly. The alley is used every Thursday for trash pick up, so it needs to be cleared.
