Description

Traffic signals at telegraph and broadway intersection are not timed or synchronized properly as southbound traffic on broadway routinely backs up at all times of day starting at this traffic signal. Causes traffic to turn down 17th and then Webster to get around bottleneck causing backups on 17th. Also problem for ac transit buses on broadway as they have to wait in this. These are also new signals and this was not a issue before. Could also be the new signals at 15th and broadway.
