New owner this summer. Grass has not been cut in six weeks. It currently is over the top of the 4th step of the front entrance. The abutter cuts the grass to the front steps on the right side so his tenants have some visibility to the traffic on Meadow. The grass has been cut twice this summer. The last time in June. This sidewalk went unshoveled as well last winter. Please, make this new owner aware that Chicopee doesn't tolerate slum lords.
