There are 3 commercial vehicles visibly parked in the driveway of a residential area. The owners start the diesel trucks between 3:15-3:45am daily on weekdays. The trucks idle for several minutes. The neighbors and their families are woken up every morning. The children have just started school and cannot afford to lose sleep every night due to these commercial vehicles.
