Let's try this issue again under a different category. Last week I requested that a bag be removed from the tree on the sidewalk between 3519 14th st nw and 3521 14th st NW, I also asked that the garbage bag with unknown contents at the bottom of the tree be removed. I've twice been told that's been taken care of, and the bag is still there. I do not know what the bag contains and do not feel comfortable, nor should I have to dispose of it myself. Please remove the garbage bag, we do not know what it contains, if it's something hazardous, etc. thank you!
