Description
There are several deep potholes on Umbria just before it intersects with Shawmont. This is a dangerous spot for cyclists even without the potholes. Also there is debris on the right side of the road.

Finally, after 2 visits to Operation Smooth Streets website http://potholes.phila.gov/, the potholes have been filled. According to the website, Philly Streets Dept. should have responded in 3 days. It was almost 3 weeks and the drainage back-up problem, about 30 feet away, was not fixed.
