Weeds are overgrown in the Yale St Municipal Lot, detracting from the surrounding properties, which the City of Medford demanded be landscaped by the developer who refurbished the schools.
Shrubs have been cut to nubs, are dead or half dead, with the shrubs that have died not being replaced since 2012.
Bark mulch has not been replenished on 6 years.
