Continued Parking Violation...Again! This white Yaris was previously ticketed multiple times and towed for parking in and around Hughes Pl for months, often not moving for days, and without the correct area permit. After a brief absence, the car appears to have returned. It has been parked at this location since the middle of last week and has not moved. I appreciate the city addressing the issue with this repeat offender.
