Here is the pedestrian crosswalk, not really visible to pedestrians or drivers

This is not an actual crosswalk and was not installed by the City of Cambridge. You can tell this because there are no curb ramps on either side of the crossing, and the lines are too thin and not the same material that we use for our crosswalks. I am not sure who installed these markings or when or why, but this is not an approved crosswalk location. Please use the crosswalk on the other corner of this intersection to cross Amherst St, as it is fully ADA compliant with curb ramps on both sides, and has the proper crosswalk striping installed on the street.
