Will go there today.

I was told by a neighbor it does not run. It never moves.

The owner was issued a violation for blocking the sidewalk on the 22nd. I will go back today.

I know that the neighbors have seen rats coming out of back yard. It's just a mess back there. Maybe the junk issue could be looked at as well.
