Description

Recently the fence on the Pardee Sea Wall was painted. There used to be no fishing signs all along the fence. They were removed prior to the fence being painted but we're not reinstalled after the painting was finished. No there are more and more people fishing on the sea wall. This is an area of high pedestrian foot traffic. I'm noticing hooks being left behind. Rotting fish guts are strewn all over the walk way and grass. Could someone please look into putting the signs back or policing the area until they are.
