Tenants put trash out in manner that it was not picked up on garbage day. Garbage pick up is Wednesday it's Saturday and trash piles still out including buckets of used cat litter, cat scratching post. If it's not picked up its the tenants job to put it in receptacle properly not leave it all over the street grass strip.
