That is so sad for someone to leave that dog like that. What a shame!

Thank you Chairman. I was told by animal control that the dog was gone when the police got there. Hopefully the owner just tied it up to run inside. Still not a safe thing to do, though.

Correct. I'm the chairman AND the good guy. The lady walked away from it and it was scared to death. She was gone for over 15 minutes which I found worrisome. That dog deserves better.
