Description

The sidewalk at this intersection is completely obstructed with garbage. The garbage pile is enormous and dangerous. This is either an illegal dumping site or a tremendously large homeless encampment gone bad.

This has been there for awhile. It's probably both, but no Oakland city leader cares. This seems to be the norm for Oakland lately
