According to this complaint, the traffic light at the intersection of MARIN BLVD/METRO PLAZA is malfunctioning and causing a serious traffic jam.

A. I contacted the police non-emergency 5477 number and they said they would be sending a officer to the location to direct the traffic. I was told this by dispatcher #867
